When Chef Carmine returned to Ecuador with his family having already opened his restaurant in Quito, he was reunited with old friends and clients that today act as partners in the wonderful project called Il Casale. The inspired chef was the driving force behind the innovative ideas and the world-trained architect captured these concepts turning them into reality. Entering Il Casale is like being teleported into the Italian countryside between Umbria and Tuscany. The warm climate of Tumbaco is very similar to the Italian summer.
